Function presetIrohServices

Point an endpoint at your project's dedicated relays.

Mirrors iroh_services::preset(): mints a short-lived access token scoped to the endpoint's key and to relay use only, then configures the builder to use your relays with that token. Installs the crypto provider, like the other preset helpers, so it needs no baseline preset before it.
